The same drive,determination and creativity we had as kids is what pushes us to reach greater heights. Nothings worth having comes easy. It can get hard on this fitness journey with days where you just feel like eating everything in the pantry, not working out,giving up,sore muscles and many more reasons why you feel like throwing in the towel. The difference between successful and unsuccessful people is that successful people don't focus on why they can't succeed but on how they can make it work. Below are 5 things that keep me motivated
1.OLD PICTURES
Old pictures are a reflection of your progress. This makes me look at how far i have come and confirmation that i can get better.
2.KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge is power. I am always reading on what healthy foods to eat and how they will help change my body. Learning new workouts, learning from other fitness bloggers aswel.
3.HAVING A PLAN
Failure to plan is planning to fail. Meal prepping and planing out your workouts will get you the best results. This will help you stay in shape and achieve your goal.
4.SOURCING INSPIRATION
Watching motivational speeches. Staying connected with God. Mental and spiritual strength will help you achieve anything you want in this world.
5.INFLUENTIAL PEOPLE
Hang out with people with the same goals. You become like the 5 people you hang out with the most so pick them wisely. Be around people who respect what you do and will never talk you into giving up on yourself. You need people to motivate you and push you through the hard times.
