It feels unreal,looking at these pictures and noticing the difference. It makes me happy to know that i committed myself to this journey and although it's hard at times,i keep going. There are so many times that i just wanted to find the quickest way to lose weight but i came to realize that the only way to come up on top and staying there is by doing the work!!! There are no shortcuts to success. Transitioning to a healthy lifestyle could be hard but the best way to deal with it is by finding balance. Make sure you include cheats mealsin your diet plan,rest when you feel tired,get enough sleep, try out different work out plans. Doing this,helps you stay motivated and makes your fitness journey an exciting one.
