Belly fat is one of the hardest things to lose :( It's usually because we are so caught up on thinking that just by doing a few ab workouts, we will end up with banging abs. That's definitely not how it works! To get rid of the fat, you need to incorporate full body workouts like bur-pees,jumping jacks and mountain climbers. Ab workouts strengthen your core and tighten your stomach but do not shed as much fat as other cardio workouts do. Most importantly, you need to eat foods that help with fat burning. GET RID OF THE SODA,PIZZA,FRIES and the rest of that junk! Eat fat burning foods like oatmeal,almonds,lean meats (chicken breast,salmon),berries and green veggies (kale,spinach).
