Hey guys so i am doing a 3 day detox challenge. This means that i can not eat anything solid for the 3 days. It sounds hard to do but the benefits are worth trying it out!! Doing a detox just does not flush out toxins in your body, it helps rehydrate your body, provides your body with all the nutrients it needs since detoxing is a plant based diet (fruits and veggies). If you are looking to lose some weight this is a great way to jump start your weight loss journey. Detoxing helps with portion control, it trains your body to eat just enough.
