So often we fail because we compare our progress with other people's. What we don't understand is that our bodies are different and therefore function differently. It can take one person 2 weeks to lose 6lbs and another 4 weeks to lose the same amount. It's not about how fast you reach your goal,the main point is reaching the goal! Do not give up, pace your self, it's your journey after all,don't let public opinion force you into thinking that you can't reach your goal. Looking at my old pictures i never thought i could workout and get abs, i just thought it was a thing for celebrities (lol) and fitness experts. It is not going to be an easy road but its worth it,you are worth it. Invest in yourself by living a healthy lifestyle.
