I don't even know where to start when expressing how protein is a huge factor for weight loss.I am a person who does not mind eating a meal without meat, hence my vegetarian phase (summer 2015), but upon realizing that i could not find a lot of meat replacements (i don't like tofu) except for protein shakes i resorted to going back to eating meat.After also doing extensive research on the benefits of protein, its now my buddy :P!!!! I work out on average 5-6 days a week and i lift weights which leaves me feeling exhausted and with a lot of muscle pain,this is why i eat protein or have a protein shake right after my workouts to repair my muscles and promote muscle growth.
